BEFORE WE START

A few good
morning questions.

Talk with Austin

Who is Daybreak Report for?

Daybreak is being developed for skilled nursing facility teams and the regional leaders who support them. Its focus is preparing, reviewing, and following up on morning reports across one or more buildings.

Can we see a walkthrough?

Yes. We’re starting conversations with potential founding pilot organizations. Email Austin with your organization and the number of facilities you support, and we’ll discuss the workflow, timing, and pilot scope.

What about PointClickCare connections?

Data connections are scoped separately for each organization. Access, facility mappings, available feeds, and validation must be confirmed before an integration is included in your pilot. A connection is not assumed or automatically included.

How are security and agreements handled?

Hosting, access controls, security responsibilities, and applicable agreements, including a BAA, are reviewed before any customer data is onboarded. Contact us to discuss your organization’s requirements. Please do not send resident information through this website or an initial inquiry.

How is pricing determined?

Pilot scope, organizational onboarding, facility count, and any integrations are discussed directly. We’ll agree on pricing and responsibilities before work begins.
